Refund Policy

Donations are non-refundable once payment has been received. 

If a genuine error has been made with the donation or payment thereof, Campaign for Wool New Zealand must be notified within 5 working days. 

In the case of fraudulent activity due to the unauthorised use of a credit card, Campaign for Wool NZ must be notified within 5 working days.  Fraudulent donations will be refunded.

Refunds may not be possible if the donation has already been applied to payments for a charitable purpose.

In all circumstances, refunds of donations will be at the full discretion of Campaign for Wool New Zealand.
